Our Company HSEQ Management Systems were developed to comply with the requirements of ISO 9001-2000, AS/NZS 4801, OHSAS 18001 and AS/NZS ISO 14001:2004.

Seawest Marine Services is 100% committed to achieving a “zero incident/zero harm” working environment for our valued employees and other stakeholders. This goal can only be achieved by ensuring   that all stakeholders have a clear and concise understanding of what is required on the project.

Our “zero incident/zero harm” culture involves HAZIDS, inductions, clear and concise procedures, job safety analysis and toolbox meetings, audits, emergency drills and system reviews.

We apply appropriate “duty of care” obligations on every person involved with Seawest Marine Services, and this sets an expectation for the standards of behaviour expected from all of our people.

Our management team is committed to, and accountable for, the successful application of this management system. The team’s role is to lead by example, regularly review the operations of the system, support a process of continuous improvement, and ensure that all Seawest Marine Services employees fully understand their health, safety and environmental management responsibilities.
